Clock flashing

Hi all
Got in my DS3 2014 this morning and the clock is flashing.
It's working but the time is wrong.
I went to alter it but it skips the option in menu.
The radio works fine and all buttons are ok.
Can anyone help?

maybe disconnect the car battery for a minutes- acts as a reset

Would disconnecting the battery cause any others faults

I disconnected it for about 30mins when doing another job and only issue I had was my clock reset to midnight Jan 2007.

did the manual clock reset not come back up-? otherwise methinks u could have an ECU problem, or wiring detiorating
