Undocumented code, engine fault

Hi, in need of some help of what reader I could use on my ds3 to read what this code is, I'm getting an undocumented code on my 1.6 hdi 61plate DS3, the scanner is a 2014 snap on, the code is

1A8AH/6794

Is there a Citroen soedific reader that may read it or someone local to Newcastle that could read it for me?

Hi yeah have been doing some research on it, tempted to buy one and see if it brings this code up for me, surprised a snap on tool that cost near £1000 doesn't, crazy.
