Rattling when on load (not pinging)

My DS3 is a driving instructor car so it’s on it’s 3rd clutch (counting original) but this time it’s been replaced I’m getting a horrible rattling sound when engine is on load. If I add gas the rattle goes away. For example, if I put car in 1st with handbrake on and lift clutch a little too high it makes a really loud rattle until I add gas. Does anyone have a clue what’s going on because my mechanic has made me replace all sorts of components so far including a driveshaft. It’s getting beyond a joke.
