  • Aux water pump replacement PLUS turbo large plastic pipe/housing....

Hi all, hopefully someone can advise me as I can’t find the answer anywhere!!
I have a 2010 DS sport 155 which I need to replace the aux water pump on. Whilst diagnosing this problem, I discovered that the previous owner had bodged a repair to what seems like the top turbo intake/chamber/housing - they’ve just taped up one end hence not sealed correctly. It isn’t a ‘hose’, it’s actually the large plastic part but for the life of me I cannot find out what is called or how it’s referred to so subsequently struggling to find a replacement.......Can somebody please help, it’s stressing me out and need to get it sorted ASAP. Couple of images attached of the offending part...if you zoom in you can actually see where somebody has taped it up instead of replacing. Many thanks in advance.

I cant quite see the precise part you are talking about, but as Owd Git says, the bigger pipe is the air intake, and the smaller next to it is part of the PCV system

I have had some issues with this intake pipe as well. After fitting a panel filter, it kept coming off at the turbo end causing me to have to put something in to wedge it on. I only recently discovered that there is a rubber piece inside at the turbo end that acts as a spacer pretty much, and having completely removed and installed correctly, I managed to get an extra 0.8 bar of boost!

I too have been looking for replacements as it seems like it could always cause issues since the plastic pipe isn't actually what is clamping onto the turbo, but I've yet to find any aftermarket pieces for it.
