Right Wing Mirror not folding after replacement

Hello guys!

I have a DS3 2010. Recently I have replaced the right wing mirror with a used one from ebay by myself. The seller listed that the mirror has been tested and fully working and it's covered by a 12 months mechanical guarantee. After I fitted it I noticed that it doesn't fold at all while the left wing mirror functions properly. The mirror is electronically tilting so it means that the complete wing mirror receives power. I tried to check the fuse in case it might be burned but I couldn't find any wing mirror related fuse. Any ideas what might be the problem?

Its either the wiring isnt right, or the mirror isnt right. Thats the chance you take with ebay

Check for fault codes via OBD underneath the glovebox, but you will need a code reader

Reckon its the ebay item myself.

Could be a fuse, google it.

By posting here it means that I have already googled it and haven't found anything helpful. I am trying to exclude everything else before ending up blaming the mirror itself.
