  • Ds3 Thp 155 judder under full acceleration

I have a Ds3 Thp 155 and when I accelerate it judder, I presume its misfiring, but I don't have any warnings on the dash! Took it to a garage and they said the spark plugs are fine! Could it be the coil packs, as thats what they say it could be? Or is it the HPFP? If anyone knows what this could be and how much roughly it could be, would love to know! Thanks

Hi. It sounds like the common problem of carbonisation of the inlet valves

Research "walnut blasting" and have a look here:

I've already had that done, coming up to 2 years since I had it done? Surely it can't need it again?

Who did you have it done by... did they know what they were doing. Before and after photos

Also- how many miles have you done since, and what type fuel you use?

If not a walnut blast, could be injectors, fuel filter, High pressure fuel pump

Have you checked for fault codes
