Sump bolt washer missing????

Hello folks...I have just bought a 1.6 vti 120 and decided to change the oil and filters.....but I noticed the oil pan bolt ( a torx bolt) had no sealing ring....it had no oil leaking from it so I changed the oil and replaced it as it was before..............today I noticed a small drop of oil on the bolt head and was wondering if the last owner or garage who changed the oil had forgot to put a washer on ?? Looking on ebay and amazon there are m16 washers...m20 etc ....I would like to buy a few before I take the oil out again....does anyone know if it should have a washer and if so what size it is????..........................cheers....dave h

Mine has a copper crushable washer, to stop leaks

Look for a box of 10 different sizes on ebay

Doesnt matter of the washer isnt a tight fit, just so as its not toooo big

Copper crush washers are a one use item, not sure of the size on yours but as above you can get a mixed set. If you don't have one to hand of the right size then some plumbing PTFE tape will work well to seal it
