Hello

Could some please help me figure out where the negative node(?) is on my battery? I can locate the positive. I’m baffled as have no trouble with other cars/batteries in the past. Thanks!

The positive is as you see it marked + by your fingers, the actual negative is underneath the brke master cylinder and beneath the black plastic. There is an earth post for jump starting a car etc which should be listed in your car handbook but a better idea is to use aan exposed part of the engine, just to the left of your hand there are a few solid engine parts that will serve well for your purposes
