Hi all been a reader never asker but I'm desperate is there a anybody out there in the Sheffield area that could help diagnose a fault that's blowing my mind

From cold ignition on perfect start car 20 seconds ish temp gauge goes to maximum warning light on buzzer on warning in centre console on stays for around 5 seconds fans on returns back to cold and does this cycle constant as engine warms up then quarter to maximum then half to maximum and so on,the engine is also getting hot as the electronic tensioner is not kicking in so no water pump so no water flow radiator cold top and bottom hoses cold heaters cold.
new thermostat housing ,water pump, tensioner,pump pulley and auxiliary belt still same had a reader on it no faults??
