I'm new to this site and really hoping that someone can help with a very annoying problem I have with the drivers side window. Problem started last year when window operation became very erratic before finally breaking. Took to my usual citroen garage and they changed the motor. It was OK for a while but then found that I had to repeatedly press the button to get the window up or down and again took back to the garage as repair was under warranty. They changed the motor for a different make and this lasted maybe a month before window stopped operating again. Took back to the garage and this time they changed the switch. Husband went to pick it up only to find it was still faulty and by the time I got it back they'd had the car for a month. Had it for a couple of weeks and again had problems so back again it went and this time it lasted for a couple of weeks before breaking. This time they said it was a faulty connection. In total they have now had the car 5 times and I took it back again this morning after it only being repaired again last Thursday. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the cause as it's obviously not the motor or the switch.
