Power steering faulty ESP/ASR system faulty

Hi all I recently had Halfords come out and replace my battery on my 2011 DS3 sport, after the guy left I went to drive my car but upon starting the engine I got the following errors. Power steering faulty and ESP/ASR system faulty, I contacted Halfords to come out which they did a week later but the guy didn't bring a fault code reader so all he did was replace the battery again and tried a BSI reset, both did nothing and I still have the error messages. I'm not going to try Halfords again so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas before I get a proper mobile mechanic out?

I have tried to do a BSI reset a few times but either I'm doing it wrong or it's not working.

Hi, how did you fix this? I’ve also got these faults after a new battery, however my 2014 ds was jump started, and these faults appeared once we got the car running. I was hoping they’d fix themselves after a new battery but they haven’t. Thanks
