Hi all,
New to this forum so go easy on me.
I bought a 19 plate DS3 in April from an approved dealer.
I have rust spots on both doors along the door trims (not near the mirrors)....luckily that's being sorted next week (5 days in the bodyshop) but the there's something else that's annoying me.
The driver's side wing mirror rattles. Not always. But a lot.
I've had a look on YouTube and can see that it's not an easy job to secure it. I'm guessing it's the bolt/nut that holds it in place, when it rattles and I wind the window down and hold the mirror, the rattling stops.
If they're replacing the door skins I'm guessing they'll have to take the mirror off so hopefully it'll get sorted anyway. If not, any ideas if it would be the nut/bolt or is there something else in the mirror that may be causing the rattling? Anyone else had this issue?
Oh, my windscreen lets in water too but that's also being fixed next week.
People told me not to buy Citroen but my heart won out!!
