P0945 is hydraulic pump relay check wiring and plugs makes sure no breaks and plugs are clean even the relay ..
p15ao is transmission oil pressure too high... again wiring or solenoid
p0016 is usually associated with stretched chains or oil tensioner issues which seems to me common on these engines about million posts on it
p0172 this I'm having problems with too I've started with manual check replaced lamba sensor and map sensor on route as the cat was fluffed too its intermittent like you said but I have shite idle and bad over fueling if the map doesn't do it I'm leaning towards hpfp but might be more knowledge than mine about this
