Lost Key :-(

Hey did a quick search but couldnt find anything. Basically i got drunk, parked the car up for the night at a friends and lost one of my keys. I still have a spare but need to replace the missing one and probably do something to stop the missing one from working. Any ideas how i go about this? also any guesses on the cost?

Get to your dealer as soon as you can and get that missing key de-authorised from the car in cause someone tries to use it.

thanks guys, looks like a costly one! am not bothered about having an electronic one as this will just be my spare. if i get a bog standard key will it un alarm the car and everything? will it cost to get the other key un authorised?
