Centre aircon vents

Anyone know how to pop out the centre AC vents? Just noticed I knocked one of the vertical slats out of line with a cheap mount I tested a while back and want to push it back into place

WTF has a thread on here of how to take out the centre dash. You will need to do this. All it requires is a bit of pulling on the right parts. You will need to rmove the surround around the guages, then centre black control and stereo surround and then pull on the cntre of the dash. An easy task once you have done it. Once you have the dash out the centre vents come out with the dash panel.

I thought there was s lightly easier way just to click the vertical slat back into place with removing the entire bloody dashboard! Sigh. Might have to have a proper poke about with a flashlight and see if there's any tool I can fit through to pop it back into place.
