I want to read my ds3 dump of chip by bin file

just like the title , i want to read my car chip information and programming. but i don't know which tool is more useful .one of my friend tell me that Super PIASINI Master v4.1 is not bad which he see fromhttp://www.xcardiag.com/wholesale/ne...-master.html .IT can read all dump of chip by bin file,and you can write or edit this dump by yourself.But i don't know whether anybody use before or have a better recommend?
