Accelerator & clutch pedal

Hi,

Bear with me as not quite sure how to describe what i'm experiencing... I noticed for a few days now, that when i press the clutch pedal, it sometimes sounds like it twanging against something. Then the accelerator pedal sometimes vibrates when the gear indicator comes on to change up. I have read in other posts that it might be something to do with the speed limiter but i haven't used this. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Have you checked that the clutch pedal's not fouling on the carpet/mat?

Hi, i'll have a look at the mat and make sure its not affecting the pedals. If not, i'll try for a video of the sound...

Not sure why you would be getting any vibration through the accelerator peddle as it's a 'fly by wire' setup so not really connected to the engine.

When the clutch makes this noise does the engine labour in any way?

My metal clutch peddle needed tightening on as the bolts had come loose so it rattled when I took my foot off it after changing gear. Just check its not loose and if so, it should just tighten up.

I've noticed this too, the vibration, it's usually in the morning... when I first shift into second out of my driveway...
I have no idea what it is, and do not know what I do to make this happen. :confused:
But there is no sound...

Same with me, and only when cold in the morning.
Realy only the first drive in first gear and before shifting to second!

I have something similar that I mention in another thread
Its almost a very faint clutch slip for me
Between 1st to second gear
But its been there forever so just ignore it now
