2nd service

Just had the 2nd service at 25000 miles and the car feels like new again! They seem to have tightened the handbrake but i cant put my finger on what else has been done. Does anyone know what takes place on a dealer 2nd service?

Oil and filters as well as a brake fluid change is normally done at year two.
