eco mode

Just wondered if anyone has had the issue with eco not working just flashes all the time start stop isnt working

I've had it a few times, when the air con kicks in or when I've only been driving for a short time. If the engine stops and you pump the brakes it starts up, also taking the seatbelt off or opening the door makes it start, have you checked it's turned on there is a button to the right of the wheel on the dash if you press it you get confirmation on the radio display..

If the ECO light is flashing then the system is telling you that a certain parameter hasn't been met in order for the car to go into 'stop' mode. Perfectly normal behaviour and nothing to worry about.
