When I press the accelerator all the way to the floor I get a little click.

Thou not on full pressure, I hv somehow felt d tick on my sole wen stepping on (not full) accelerator. Tis mostly happen wen jus starting to drive off on 1st drive of d day.

Tot I jus live w it, dun tink anything serious outcome wil damage watever intestines inside...n pretty much dun tink d dealer/tech guys may sense/feel wat I felt, it may jus b another ding-dong nvr end blah blah ting...
