Has anyone else struggled to get parts? I hit the curb hard in the snow and I've bed waiting over 4 weeks for a new wishbone and been told it will be the end of March! My car isn't even a year old really and I'm really annoyed that I'm paying for a car I can't drive. What's going on with Citroen????

I would go on ebay- see DS3 parts that have been obviously been broken from a car, contact and have a chat with the breakers and see if they have one

Citroen are replacing my stereo unit under warranty to try and fix an issue I have with the radio display freezing after bluetooth calls. It was ordered 3 weeks ago but still no sign of it coming into the dealers yet

i had issue with cuk replacing my corroded bellones told me it would be 5 weeks for new set. spoke to ross he could get me them in 1 week :S so told them i cud get thm in 1 and hey presto i had a phone call 3 days later ur wheels have arrived.Comment

I'm expecting a call from my Citroen 'case manager' tomorrow so if they can't get it sorted ill give Ross a go. I really miss my DS3, a 1.3l diesel Corsa as a loan car makes me appreciate how good a DS3 is. If only Citroen could deliver on service...Comment

Good news, the wishbone is now on its way so I should have my car back next week. But if I hadn't complained I would've had to wait until the end of March?Comment
