how to remove the center wheel?

iīm with problems with my horn and a friend tell me that can be the wires with bad contact in the wheel! anyone knows how to remove it? i donīt see any screw.

The connecting wire for the horn is behind the DRL's on the drivers sider. You'll need to remove the front bumper to check

Edit: Also, it doesn't sound as though you know what you're actually looking for. My recommendation would be to take it to your dealer to look at rather than fucking something up..
