Wipers juddering!

    I've not had to replace one set of wipers on any car I've owned since using a decent rain repellent - ironically after first applied when everything is sqeaky clean you can get a judder for a day....in fact the test of a clean screen is the microfibre 'clinging' as you wipe the screen, means you've removed everything....then there should be no (or very minimal) smearing...

    But once on, rain repellent works a treat, less need to use wipers and ice/frost doesn't stick so well to it, so that melts much faster.

    Like demo-ing Repel on some of the training courses, always great to see it repelling

    Right, more business on a Sat tomorrow, so better sleep, it's not cars this weekend!

      The reason the wipers are juddering is that the rubber elements of the blades are aticking as they are being dragged across the window.

      But just to rule it out pull the wipers off the windscreen so they are sticking out and turn the wipers back on, now watch the wiping action to make sure that the movement is smooth to eliminate the possibility that the judder is coming from the motor.
