          right i got an update here. firstly they found the problem and it was the fuel filter there was low pressure going in to the engine but normal pressure before the filter. now its going to cost me to get repaired as its not a warranty issue is that true as the car is 1 year old just had the first service ect can some one please advise as its costing me £115.29 for the job to be done.

            nothings ever a warranty issue when it comes to it, they'l always find ways of fobbing you off. Im not saying they are wrong, it just always seems dealers will find a way of not doing something for free.

              Think you miss used a word in there. Should have said Citroen and not dealer. Your dealer can fight for you if your a good customer or ignore you if not but Citroen is the one who decides if something is covered under warranty, not the dealer.

                    My dealer gave me a 10 day wait on a courtesy, then, diplomatically suggested that if anything went major wrong with the problem I'd reported, it be down to them.
                    They gave me a brand new Diesel 110/5 whatever it was, within 48hrs. Was impressed.
                    Then the problem turned out (Initially) to be my fault.
                    They handled me well thats why I'd go back.
