  • Properly irritating speaker rattle

from the rear speaker, drivers side.
I know a few people have mentioned this before and I've tried the search function but sadly I cant get to the bottom of it.

The rattle comes with any sort of low frequency sound, not just heavy bass.
If i press my hand on the panel, the vibration stops, remove my hand and its back.

what i'd really like is some information on how to remove the panel, I'm sure its easy but i don't want to snap anything.
Or if anybody found a quick fix for this issue?

just to clarify, its the rear pass speaker, not the subwoofer. its near to my ear and irritating a hell!

whilst we're at it, if anybody knows of a live thread of removing the front speakers (images in the one that comes up under the search are dead) that would be great too!

    Hey
Did you ever find a solution for your problem with the rattling sound? 'Cause I recently started experiencing the exact same rattle, and i just came across your question I noticed that there aren't any replies to this thread, but you might found a solution?
I know its an old post, but if you have an answer it would be f.....g amazing

    Cheers

I'd suggest messaging Lawrence Edwards on here to get his advice. He's spent quite some time on his build so knows the inside of the doors like the back of his hand.
