  • Sweekey Armrest on 2013 ds3

Hi everybody this is my first post here , I have just bought a DS3 picked it up last friday , it has a really creaky armrest once its down it makes noises if my arm is on it ,on or not on it ...if its up no noise .
I read some others have experienced some noise to but there doesnt seem to be anyfix these posts were quite old i think , it is a plastic noise and not leather.
Has anyone managed to find a way to fix it any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Apart from this great little car

I had this too, fixed it easily by carefully spraying WD40 onto the plastic hinge (raise the arm to see the hinge) and this stopped mine immediately.

I notices a slight squeak, no biggie.

Then have some left for when the seat belt starts to squeak

Should be no issues at all, if it's that making the noise then it will be v quiet after the WD40
