Yup, all the parts are fit upside down. It's something to do with the equator.

The point I was making is that you've linked to an article for a completely different continent. Citroen have issued recalls in the UK before to fix problems, you'll typically get a letter through the post for anything serious.

Also this recall was July 2012, mine was recalled by CUK for the same reason in that month. When it was inspected they confirmed mine wasn't affected and guess your dealer would have been in touch by now for this recall.
