Oil Leak!

Our Thp 150 has developed an oil leak from under the car. Found some oil on the pavement and dismissed it as a neighbours car dumping it. Then the misses said there was some on the drive as well. Dipped the oil and it was down to about a third. Checked under the car and right enough, dirty oil dripping from the splash guard. Cant see any around the top of the engine. I've had a sheen of oil on the rocker cover before in the past and thought maybe it could be something to do with that. Has anyone had any leaks of this kind? If so please let me know. The car is in at the stealers now, so hopefully its something simple!!!!!!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, was the oil full before the leak started ? When was it last serviced or do you top it up as required ? Sorry not being dense, it's just that so far my Diesel DS3 hasn't needed a top of oil outside of the service.

Haven't used any oil up to now, normally check bi weekly, but been a bit lazy recently and as it never moves left 3 weeks this time. Service is due in 1500 miles.
