Mate there are days when I walk into the other room and stand there trying to remember what it was I wanted!

if what I heard on the radio is true (and as it was Radio 4 it probably was) forgetting as you enter a room is natural going back to the man's early days when you entered a new area you had to have mind empty to give full attention to your surroundings and all the potential dangers

I must go back a very long way as I forget to go into the room!

          ^

Guess checking for hidden Ninjas would be classed as a potential danger!

Don't worry about that - the time to start worrying is when you forget whether you were going into or out of the room!

and when you're at home and you can't remember whether you were going up or down the stairs - but you live in a bungalow

or do you? perhaps this isn't your home, no wonder the wall paper looks odd . . .

                Hi,

the DS3 loan car goes back tomorrow (if things go to plan that is) so no more posts from me, inane or otherwise, unless it's to reply to a question

thanks for putting up with me and being so friendly and having a bit of humour

my wife has enjoyed her time with the car but all good things come to an end and I can't let her get used to too many good things or she'll expect them all the time and might start to question if I'm a good thing

                cheers
