It says 12, 500 for Diesels and 1.2 but for others 20, 000

Or 12, 500 in "Arduous Conditions" which it then says
is very short journeys or dusty etc.

Sounds great MONEYwise but I don't like it myself.

Seems most DS3s are 12.5k except the 155
Think you can get a 12 month inspection, did it on my 150, so will do that AND get the oil and filter changed at same time
Have to pay though- not part of the service package

Just picked my 155 up yesterday (:cool and first BIGGIE that has struck me, is,

BOY the engine bay is RED HOT!! Probably the confined space and the turbo etc.
but, went to open the bonnet and quite surprised at just how hot the front of the
bonnet was.
With that in mind, I quickly checked service booklet and found 1 year/20,000 miles??
WHAT? On a highly strung turbo/ 16 valve/ high-heat little engine ?
No wonder peeps get chain/tensioner problems!!
I will def' change oil at LEAST every 10,000 possibly less (and it's not even MY car...
...it's leased!)
But i may not tell them- I'll think about that one.
(They'd probably use some OVERservicing cr#p as an excuse if something DID go wrong ?!)

The Turbo sits right at the front so be careful when you open the bonnet because you could burn your fingers

The service interval on this motor at 20K I also feel its too big even with this days high spec oils the idea of 10k is a good one mind you my one never saw them figures as it was always being ripped apart

Just had the first service on my Diesel yesterday and I am glad it was a freebie and not the 250ish you have to pay but I had to change the front discs and pads coz they were shot the rears are not much different....................either I got a heavy right foot or the materiel is crap my THPs fronts only did 20K before I binned them
