Make sure you insist that they do not give your yellow hawk a Citroen swirl, I mean wash when you get it serviced. I can send you my Do Not Wash sign as a PDF if you like?

Has been successful for me and a few other members in ensuring the hard work from a detail does not get wasted.

Yeah I know about the warranty, the 500 miles 'to go' counter will likely be up within 3 weeks and as we'll be in Wales in 10 we'll be covered.

Now to find a decent local dealler who'll collect / service / and deliver back........ No doubt that will be the greater challenge!

And if the main problem with the 155 is bad chain and tensioner
then old/boiled oil really isn't gonna help ?

                      update.......1st / year service

                      Ooooh,
Baby going in for 1st/12month service this morning
I was going to do it at work, but, for this one, which
is halfway through 2year lease, i thought i'd pay bit more
so i get a CITROEN stamp.
We would use Citroen bits, but i want that last Safety Net
                      for the warranty.

Just been out to quick look the tyres and pads.....
Pads look about half-worn, tyres less than half-worn!?!
                      That's 18,500 miles!!
(Although 90% of that is 60-90 cruising up and down the
                      A12)

This service is quoted as 185 inc. VAT.
Bit steep for oil/filter (pollen?) and a glance around, but......

I'll give update later today with how it goes....

(Just washed me wheels over cos they were MINGING
......white wheel dirt-magnets .......didn't want to feel ashamed,
OR let the DS side down as i pull into Citroens  )
                      YELLOWS
