  • So the ds3 has no spare wheel!

So the ds3 has no spare wheel .and only the repair kit that I'm not kean about I would like to know if any Steel wheel fits as a back up .would a saxo or 106 or similar fit for a space saver or get me home?

I think mine has the fun flat tyres on it not 100%
Brigestone potenza's but would t like to drive on them flat

    Any info would be great

I didn't think any DS3s had run flats on them ? The first DSport+ I bought in June last year only had the goo kit and compressor as well and the tyres were definitely not run flats.....

Luckily the new DSport+ came with a space saver wheel and jack kit this time when I collected it in May. Not sure what other wheel/tyre would fit the car and wheel well..... Have you asked your dealer how much the space saver wheel kit is ? You could also try a PM to Aidan at Partsworld-UK to see if he can get the space saver wheel ?

Oh ok, if they are run flats they will say so on the tyres. Both mine came with Michelin tyres and they aren't run flats

DS3's do not come with runflats and E bay has plenty of potenza tyres that are not.

I think the majority of owners that buy a car and it comes without a spare tyre much prefer the spare instead of the foam. That's how manufacturers like to make their money.
CitroenUK do a spare wheel and the tyres are separate. They do a reinforced and a non-reinforced tyre.
If you want a quote on this PM me with your Reg number and i can look the correct ones specific for your vehicle.

                  Kind Regards,
                  Aidan

I bought a spacesaver from Ross, trouble is it looks slightly smaller than my wheels. Looking at be 2 links posted here one is a 16" and the one I bought is 15".

Are there different sizes for different models? I have a 61 plate DSport+

I could be wrong but I don't think a 15" will fit (brakes) at least if you have a THP.

Full size spare for me too
Just the tyre is a 40 instead of a 45 profile
So will be a bit of an uneven ride if ever its used, and needs to get me to a tyre place
