      No excuses for them not finding it but the Citroen parts breakdown is what you would expect from the French. Poorly laid out and hard to use.

                  Toxic yeah it's like with the clips that hold the side skirt on. The mechanic guy said you have to replace the whole thing (and they did but that was under warranty!) as citroen doesn't offer the clips separately. But if I know the part number I can go at the parts guy and get them. The mechanics just check the parts with my plate number and if there's no part number, they don't know what to do. It's hilarious. Luckily there's forums like this one.

                    FYI, Citroen can offer and supply the clips(I created a thread about it somewhere). The cost of the clips is like £2 for a big bag, the cost of a side skirt is a couple hundred £.
