  • 11 plate O.K

Got an 11 plate orla kiely, noticed today that my near side front wheel is rubbing against my wheel arch liner slowly eating through it, just wondering if this is a common problem as the opposite side is fine? its when you steer right it rubs.

will be taking it back to the dealer tomorrow to see what they can do, as think this should be covered by warranty?

I remember reading about early DS3's dropping wheel arch liners, I recall dealers knew about the issue and it was an easy fix. A search on the forum might turn up some threads on this, good luck tomorrow

This did happen on a couple of the early DS3's, don't panic as there is an Info Rapid* fix for this which your dealer will have access too.

By the way pop some pics of your DSOK into the photo hoover

*Info Rapid is a special document which informs dealers on how to repair/fix certain problems that may occur.

Should be warranty I would have thought- unless they can come up with a realistic reason why a bolt has sheared off
But if you haven't touched that area of the car..............

Agree. Probably just the normal, have to get Citroens approval for warranty work, process.

Dealer never rang, I rang them at 2 receptionist said service manager was on another call but will get him to ring me after so left my details again, never did ring

guessing its under warranty as if they wanted money they would ring up straight away lol

Have they given you a reason why, it is sounds like it is a known fault that should be warrenty.
