Washers not working

Just a quick question, when I flick the stick for some screenwash it doesn't work, the wipers don't move and I cant hear the motor. However the rear window is fine? Could this be just a fuse?

front wipers are fuse F12 in the engine fuse box it is a 30A fuse. just pull the cover off and look. the rear wipers are on a different fuse.
