Software / Firmware Version

Can anyone tell me how I can find out the software /firmware version I have with regards to the Bluetooth connect box.
I have a 2013 DS3 DSport plus with the Hi-Fi pack and monochrome C display.

According to the Citroen Bluetooth comparability site if I have version 1.82 the caller display should work with my iPhone 5

Yeah, not to sure on this one, had a look at most of the menu system on mine and cant find anyway for sure what version is on the connecting box. maybe a bluetooth app for your phone to diagnose the connecting device may work???

I never thought of that I,ll give it a try and see if I can find any app's.

Just pop into your dealer and ask them to connect it to their Diagbox.

Thanks Bigfeet I've spoke to Citroen Customer Care and they suggested going to another dealer so it's booked in to the Southport dealership on the 14th so I,ll see if they can help more than my local dealershit sorry dealership slip on the thumb

They will be able to determine which version you are running and update as necessary.

seems strange why they cant update via CD/USB/Bluetooth like most other car and headunit manufacturers and allow the owner to upgrade.

Because the Bluetooth works through a separate component behind the dashboard, it's not integrated into the radio.

I hope so the whole point of caller display is so I don't have to get my phone out every time someone calls if they don't sort it I don't know what channels I have available to go down, even compo for the inconvenience is no good all I want is the thing to as it should anyway enough ranting fingers crossed a different dealership will sort it thanks for all the help
