  • Judder vibration going down the gears :-s

Slight judder or light rumble when going down the gears 3rd-2nd is probably the worst. not giving it a spanking at all speed 35-20 ie when slowing down to go into a side road best way to describe it is when you don't give enough throttle when pulling away you get that slight judder vibration where it wants to stall but this is going down the gears ????

I did do 250 + miles in it yesterday back from Kent to Weymouth and a detour maybe some wear and tear?

    Is it cultch wear?
    Drive shaft ?
    Or dual mass?

Any help or info would be nice guys I can see it going bk in to the dealers... hopefully warranty will cover it :-s

Not heard of this before, given the circumstances you describe it would lead you to suspect clutch or gearbox wouldn't it ? Either way I doubt it's a fix at home issue Good luck

My C3 had something similar. Engine wasn't getting enough fuel. But was years ago and can't remember technically what was wrong....

I doubt it's the clutch unless you or the previous owner drove it like it was stolen or entered every traffic light Grand Prix going

That said any part can fail so I'd ask the dealer for their opinion. Good luck
