There was an American POW during the Vietnam war who in order to keep himself sane whilst held captive, designed an entire hotel complex in his mind. Each day he would go over a room making small adjustments here and there, by the time he was released years later he had mind mapped almost the entire hotel and could describe each room in intricate detail.
Well I spend considerable periods away from home and have done for some years, Once work and the two gym sessions are out the way and Facebook is pretty much exhausted there is little to do, so I have always had projects on the go. My main hobby is designing and building intricately cooled and tuned computers, while away I generally plan a build, order the parts and then build when I'm home, however as my car is now out of warranty I'm looking at giving it a little tickle in the upgrade department.

As with my job, everything I do is researched, planned and then swiftly executed, so this afternoon after a cardio session I will start to hunt down tyres.

Once it all arrived at home il get the current Mrs Superfly to take some pics of the kit sitting on the table in the man-cave

Hey, top tip, if you have several addresses linked to your Amazon account, ensure you have the correct one selected when ordering car parts.

Don't use the one in central France and certainly don't use the APO one. Trying to get through customs in Dubai with a set of ventilated front discs in my hand luggage would have been a nightmare. :0

Prices are a little cheaper from eBay stores - As that's where I get mine from. Can't compliment the EBC GreenStuff range enough as they're awesome. Sorry I didn't see this sooner - Keep that in mind for future

To be honest im not shy of paying a little extra with a seller im happy with, never had an issue with Amazon.
I think price and value are not always the same thing, anyway il spend tonight hunting down rear discs, I think Euro Car Parts might be the place for those, any recommendations for make/model?

I can imagine that being scary then, no such issues with normal driving and the OEM discs/pads etc ?

Discs are a little warped, due to some fast driving
Had them checked out, and they said they could be changed, but otherwise they work fine
Citroen said theyre fine (They would)
Will upgrade them before I go on track again

Yeah better to be safe than sorry, as you intimated if you were out of warranty I bet Citroen would want to change your discs.

It will be the next modification for me
Doesn't affect the warranty either, checked with Citroen on phone (Best have it in writing I know but CBA all that hassle)
Theres no available upgrade from Citroen on the brakes, that's when I asked
As not planning another track excursion till next year, unless can find a local novice sesh locally, no hurry to get it done
