  • Anyone ever Used VPower Diesel ?

I would have thought using this in a standard mapped car is a waste of time ?............or is it

Now the price of diesel has come down a few pence I stuck in 30 ltrs ........................and ?we will see the difference if any

Im presumeing like vpower unleaded you will have to put a few tanks worth in to be able to tell a difference

This morning the car seemed a bit more snappy and smoother

But to really gets the gains out of this stuff I would have thought a Re-map would be better

Even if you did some RR comparisons and gained a few HP it may not be noticeable on the road anyway

Most of the better quality diesels just contain ceetane. I used to use millers diesel power ecomax as my additive. Used to pick it up for £8 a bottle and it treated 10 tank fulls. It worked out cheaper then buying BP 's Ultimate diesel.

Found it much better on performance and mpg.

Remap is on the cards but after the thp debacle I was just waiting to see what happened lol

At the moment the instant torque surge out of corners is impressive as long as you keep short shifting to keep in the correct power band this has taken me a bit of time to get used to but for a 110bhp motor it aint no slouch and gives 70mpg

In four diesels I've never had an issue with waxing I have to say that with the VPower Nitro my diesel DS3 may be a little smoother but like above I have lost some mpg and I really don't think it's worth the extra pence a litre.
