Can i change to xenon headlights?

Hey, Anyone recommend if you can change to xenon lights on the DS3? Really want these lights as i find them so much nicer looking. I went into halfords and got the lazer blue lights and a don't notice any difference so my friend recommended xenon lights? is it possible and if so can anyone say where is best to buy a converting kit?
