DS3 Problems

DS3 with 10,000 miles , new clutch ... it was juddering in 1st gear, They install a new clutch and a week later it happens again, The new clutch they installed "burnt out the Flywheel" New clutch and new Flywheel + now the problem has came back only this time the gear-box feels heavier and more mechanical. Anyone got any ideas as to why this is happening ? The car is leased but I was hoping to purchase out-right and I've had nothing but trouble

If I were to hazard a guess, somethings not set up right settings wise, could even be ECU
