New DS3 Service Intervals

Just to let you guys know that from 1st January 2014 the normal service intervals for Citroën DS3 models fitted with either the 1.6 eHDi or 1.2 VTi engine will change from 12,500 miles to 16,000 miles or one year.

All the other servicing operations and the arduous service intervals remain the same.

Thanks Biggie - being thick today, does that mean DS3's built after 1 Jan 14 or all DS3's with those engines, such as mine ? I ask cos mine is less than 1000 miles now from the 12,500 limit....

Just the cars registered after the 1st of Jan, yours will still follow the old guidelines.

That's more reasonable. I always thought 12500 miles was a bit soon for a first service. Mine has just had its first service at only 9 and a half months old, and the best part was it was free!!!!

Yes- free servicing is for 3 years, or 35,000 miles, unless a higher speck package is paid for
Will mean you'd only get 2 services with your mileage lfc, would it?
