  • Where to find

    Hi guys,

Next question is hard for me to explain on forums, but lucky me, i found a picture!

    What I want:
I'd like to fill up the black in front of the DS3: the one where your licenseplate is attached.
The car on the picture has such a black 'bumper' as I want it.

Now my question is: does anybody knows a good body shop, region belgium / netherlands / north of france that can modify the original part into the one as on the pic?
When asking this question to the local dealer they don't offer me much help. Nor see why I would.

note: I've had the idea in my head since I bought the car, not trying to copy paste somebody else his (beautifull) work.

Hopefully somebody understands what I want and knows a place where to get it
    Kind regards!
    Djo

    Hello!
You may find that plasti dip would work well for this or even a local car wrapping company to to it with vinyl.

I think a few people on here have used plasti dip very successfully so I'm sure someone will show you their work soon enough

He's after having the plate recess filled in Wes.

Djo, any competent Bodyshop will be able to do it for you. Plastic welding will be the best option rather than body filler.

It does look good, I'd have assumed it was a replacement part from a specialist company, what with the revised chrome part of the grill.

Yeah - and those wheels would never work - they slope inwards!

That is all the rage when cars are slammed on air! Have even known a guy that had custom control arms made so when the car sat on the ground the wheels cambered in even more.

That's camber - one of the most ridiculous 'trends' to sweep the car scene. Was originally used for drifters to help lose traction when they needed to. Now it's used mostly for show cars to use bigger wheels and still get lower with them. However, alot of people do it for no need just to 'fit in'...

Anything is possible Chis, Not disputing that. The main reason I believe that's photoshopped ( Apart from the obvious fact it's a CGI ) is this...
