  • What is the difference between the HDI 110 and HDI 115?

I assumed I had the 115 since my car is the new 2013 DS3. But I recently discovered it is actually the 110. What is the difference? And I thought the 110 would have been discontinued since the 115 was brought out?

What was the build date? I believe the transition from 110 to 115 was late 2012.

It is a 63 plate (uk). Doesn't that mean it should be the latest model?

What did they sell it as a 115 Airdream, or edhi110, or wasn't it clearly specified (Assume they sold as a 115?)
Yes- as a late year 13 plate, you would have expected it to be a 115
        3d lights?

Where are you getting it is a 110 from?

The insurance company said it's a ehdi110 when Citroen called them and then passed the phone to me. Before that I had always assumed it was a 115 Airdream. That is what I asked for...

What does you V5 say- don't think theres any difference in BH power, they are bout the same
Think its emissions and all that, maybe roadtax difference
However- its not right for you to believe its a 115 when its a 110. As Cyclone said, get the build date- ask the dealer in an email

I had this same issue when i come to insure our DS3 13 Plate - if i remember correctly they listed it as a 110 cos they had no such listings for 115 at the time but it is a 115

That is just when it was registered if it was built prior to the changeover from 110 to 115 then sat around unsold it could be a 110 on a 63 plate. Or like Angle-Eyes suggested the insurance co could just be screwed up. I would suggest taking the car to a dealer and ask them to check by its serial number.

Give me your VIN and I'll check the model year for you.

There is no difference between the 110 eHDI or the 115 eHDI for road tax purposes and when my original 110 went on the dyno it had 115 bhp so the differences might only be cosmetic, like the 3d lights and the white dial display for the fuel gauge/cruise/speed limiter etc...

I don't think so, my 110 had a 115 as standard and Jamie said he'd seen other 110's that started at 115 I suspect the same applies to the THP 150 and THP 155 in performance terms ?

150 AND 155 road tax, emissions and PCV differences to start, possibly other internal differences too
                              (I meant the number 5)
