If you "Google" it SLC , it tells you a lot. Havent got the can in front of me, so cant read it out- anywhere the fuel goes, basically.

After having applied this a week or so ago, thought it would be time for a brief update:

I noticed an improvement after just about 40/50 miles. The car seemed less 'rough' on cold starts (I accept these engines are noisy, regardless) and responsiveness seemed better.

So yesterday, I was down to about half a tank so filled up again and went for a 50ish mile round trip, of which 90% was motorway driving with cruise set at a steady 70mph, which hopefully gave it a good chance to get through the system and do its job! After this journey, the car seemed again a LOT smoother to drive.

Startup from cold this morning, sounded probably the best since I've had it.

I'm no mechanic, think that's obvious, however for £15 I'm satisfied with my results! Hope it carries on improving throughout this next tank of fuel.

Ordered the version for Diesel engines for my brothers Astra CDTi today too...

Put mine into the fuel tank last thursday. have noticed a slight different in response/acceleration, possibly due to the Injectors are now getting cleaned. will repost in a weeks time when its has time to filter through and clean all the fuel lines etc.

Yes. me too. - and only done 50 odd miles. As said before, it feels smoother, sounds smoother on cold start, and feels more responsive, slightly less lag
What will it be like after 300 miles LOL
Holy Grail- Nice one SFG, think you brought to forums attention

NB Is it the placebo effect ? ? ..... but as you Chris, best £15 spent on the car, so far

I was cheated- didnt get a paper funnel
Had to make do with a length of siphon tube, with a plastic funnel taped one end
Did get a few funny looks in the petrol station LOL

Paper funnel is useless as it doesn't reach the flap in the neck of the filler.

Pretty much used all my BGK44 infused petrol.
A real change in first 50 mile feeling much smoother, now all seems as was.
Expect the test will come when put standard (Premium) fuel in
Still- for the cost involved, well worth it. A once a year job methinks
