Vibrating noise on passenger side of cabin

So I've had my DS3 since December 2013 and I noticed around early February that there's a loud vibrating noise which sounds like its coming from either the glovebox or the dash. I particularly notice it when I'm at low revs.

Anyone got any ideas on what it might be?

It's most likely the glovebox, does the noise change/stop when you open it?

Have you got a video of the sound?

My glovebox was doing this so a folded up piece of cardboard proved a decent enough solution to wedge it tightly shut

Check the rubber bungs in the glovebox door, there should be two of them along the top edge, if not one may have fallen out and be in the bottom of the glove box. Push that back in and it should reduce the rattle

Also open the glovebox and make sure that the fuse board cover is correctly in place, it might even have a tag broken as they are a bit of s**t to fit in place which would cause a rattle.

That and the holders can't keep hold of the spare blade fuses when you re-attach the cover, well in mine they can't anyway

So I found that the fuse box cover was a little loose in the corner and it won't snap down so I've resorted to the cardboard idea haha. I'm gonna take it on a quick test drive to see how it goes and I'll let you know soon.

Now what you need to do is remove the cardboard to see if the noise comes back....Doing that just confirms the fault was the fuse box cover.....
