Glovebox rattle is a common problem. I fixed mine by attaching some cork pads to the lid and problem solved.

The main reason for the glovebox rattle is due to the small bump rubbers not really having much effect.

Best thing to do is stick a small foam pad just below the lock or at the two edges (depending on type of rattle) and that should solve the problem.

Your wipers would be the new blade style and with the hard frost and ice they will go quickly as the rubber goes brittle with the rapid change in temperature - we have replaced quite a few from people using their wipers as ice scrapers (which they are not designed to do!).

...oh by the way THERE IS NO INFO RAPID.

I don't have a problem with a rattling glovebox, but I'm looking at your pictures Bigfeet and finding myself a little confused.
You have like a "wall" on your lid? I dont have that....
And I was reading in another thread that there isnt room in the glovebox for the handmanual/book, I'm confused... i feel my glovebox is bigger than some cars trunk.. or have I been confused what a glovebox is..

sorry for hijacking your thread aldo

Our right hand drive cars have much smaller glove boxes than left hand drive versions

As mentioned above when the DS3 is converted to RHD the internal fuse box is not moved, this explained the 'wall' you are seeing. On a side note we do get an extra storage hole down on the driver's side to try and make up for it.
