Heater cable fitting

Can any one tell me how hard it is to fit a heater cable to the hot cold switch.
At first I thought it was the panel but on inspection it apears to be the cable.
I refitted the cable to the switch and the thing came of again.
Help welcomed thanks.

Fixed it couldn't find a cable improvised 2 panel pins 1 cable tie and some electrical tape.
Job done.
