Where to find dash lenses

I got my Ds3 D sign plus about two months ago, didn't like the slivery white dash so decided to change it to the mock carbon fibre dash. In the process, i managed to break two of the lenses. I haven't found a single place that will sell them separately. Can anyone help me?

You'll probably have to buy a new dash trim for behind the steering wheel. I'm sure ebay will have a few going. Could always check a breakers yard too.
