Mirror caps

Hi,

I just got my wife a 17 plate DS3 130 performance line.

Stupid question but, are the mirror caps identical except for being mirrored copies? The OS wing mirror cap has like a triangular section missing on the side that faces in towards the door. I don't know if it is broken or if there is a section missing.

The reason I'm not sure it due to it being a uniform shape and no sharp of jaggy edges.

If someone could confirm whether the caps are identical.
